Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and

we appreciate your understanding that ours is too.

To cancel a session, please notify us by calling (07) 3142 0806. If you are cancelling outside of working hours, please email us at sparkpaediatric@gmail.com.

Regular Sessions

• If you cancel a session and provide at least 1 full business days' notice (24 hours) prior to your appointment or more, no cancellation fee is charged

• If you cancel and provide less than 1 full business days' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the appointment fee

• If you fail to notify us that you won’t be attending your session, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee

Intensive Blocks

• If you need to cancel an entire intensive block, we appreciate as much notice as possible

  • We require a minimum of three weeks’ notice if you need to cancel your entire intensive to avoid incurring a cancellation fee

  • If you cancel your entire intensive within 3 weeks of your intensive starting, you will be charged up to 50%* of the appointment fee

• If you need to cancel an intensive session during the block, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the appointment fee

* may be reduced if we are able to fill your intensive spot.
